Let`s not forget the million plus civilians who have died since the invasions, the millions of refugees and orphans, the homeless and jobless. There is something paradoxical about the US debating healthcare for its` citizens, whilst bombing other nations every single day of the week. I`m not sure of the math, but I`m certain that the US spends more on arms and ammunition, than on healthcare. Peace, and the best of wishes.
